I am a professor at the Department of Economics and Business Economics, Aarhus University and a Research Fellow at IZA. I serve as an associate editor at Empirical Economics.

My primary research lies within labor economics. My main research interests relates to wage formation and wage inequality, where I use both reduced-form methods and quantitative search and matching models.

CONFERENCE:

I am co-organizing "The 1st Aarhus Workshop on Labor Economics" (AWLM 2025). It aims to bring together researchers who study labor markets from various perspectives. We welcome both empirical research and structural work with empirical applications. Wednesday, 22.10 to Friday, 24.10 in Aarhus, Denmark. Please send us your best papers by August 22!
