How can I teach others about the need to stop Global Warming?
Students who select the topic of Global Warming will research global warming, climate change, and the greenhouse effect to learn about its serious effects on the atmosphere and its adverse effect on the environment.
The driving question they will answer in this section is: How can I teach others about the need to stop global warming?
First, students will research Global Warming using the Internet resources provided below. They will keep a journal of their research. The end product of their research can be a skit, report, poster, brochure, or alternative project approved by you, the teacher. Students can also talk to family and friends about global warming; plant trees; start a recycle project (may include the Recyclable Art Exhibition); create a project on solar energy or complete the Energy Hog Project (click).
