In terms of your learning and knowledge acquisition strategy, there is a lot to learn before you create your own resources that require more intricate processes. This can very easily lead to information overload and feelings of it all being "too much", inadequacy, and people giving up. There are as many capture page/autoresponder systems out there as Carter has pills, or Heinz has pickles. Many business opportunities have their own system's built-in. The more sophisticated ones have "predictive" paths that will take different actions (send different messages) based on what the recipient does. These features are well beyond the scope of what we are wanting to accomplish here.

As well, (simply for context) there are full suites of products that include pretty much all components of marketing funnel software. The most well known of these are My Lead System Pro, ClickFunnels, and LeadPages. These start at about $50 a month and require some relatively intricate set-up. Who knows, you may evolve to be a user of these products...

As you are aware, we cater to the beginner and favor "free". One such free autoresponder platform is Mail Chimp. It is free for a certain number of subscribers, however, when you get to the point of needing to pay, the cost should not be an issue.
