New Client Bookings

Thank you so much for your interest in booking an Osteopathy appointment with me!

At the moment, I am not taking on new clients as I am taking time away from the clinic for extended "mom leave".

Please be aware of the following policies:

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. My current fee is $130. Sessions are one hour in length, and within this time frame payment and rebooking are done as I do not work with an office assistant.

Receipts for the session will be issued for Osteopathy by an Osteopathic Practitioner which can be used for your Extended Health Care plan, should it cover Osteopathy, or for your Income Tax purposes. You will need to check to see what coverage your Extended Health Care plan offers as all plans are different.

New clients will receive an Intake Form via email the week prior to the Initial Assessment to be completed and brought to the first appointment.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide a minimum of 48 hours so that I can contact someone else on the waiting list. Cancellations within 48 hours, or appointment no shows are billed the full amount of the appointment fee.
