From the list, I would consider having the vision to be my strength. I would say that having a vision would be my strength because I know what I want to accomplish with myself and my future students. I do have some goals set forth already for my future classroom and I would
Which in the list needs a little work? How could you address this?
Within this list, I find that finding separation would need a little more work. My reasoning behind that is everyone will have something unique to bring to the table. So,I could address this matter by speaking more of my ideal classroom management plan, how I plan to differentiate for my students, as well as speak on my experiences with my students and how I hope to bring that same impact to my future school.
Is there anything missing from the list that you would add?
Yes, I would like to add is to research your school. If you find interest in a school or feel uneasy you should do some research. I've always been told to see what the school community is like. See how the staff are treated. These are all types of questions that should be taken into consideration before taking a job offer from a school that you are unsure about.
