Quasi Stellar Objects (QSOs) are very energetic extragalactic objects that provide valuable information for many astronomical fields such as galaxy formation and evolution, large scale structure, dark matter substructure, and black hole growth. QSOs show strong variability over wide range of wavelengths on a time scale from a few days to several years. It is widely believed that the variability is associated with the accretion disk instability.
