About five years have past since we launched the project of pulmonary acinus structure.
At last, the first article about mathematical modeling of heterogeneous acinus structure was accepted in Computers in Biology and Medicine.
The source code for the modeling and the manual will be disclosed for readers who would like to replicate or improve upon our modeling (probably under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License).
