14. Personal Strength:

I have been in the domain of higher education system in the state for more than three and half decades in the challenging roles of Teacher, Researcher and Manager. I have involved successfully in formulations of academic and administrative policies while serving in IHRD and as a member of faculty of applied Sciences in Kerala University, KUFOS. I have also demonstrated skill in institutional building during the tenure of my services which amply testifies my strengths.
