We welcome visiting PhD students and postdocs in the lab

Since 2016, I have hosted dozens of visiting students. Together, we have completed many chapters and published many papers. These visits have led to long-term collaborations, both with me and with members of my lab.

Students and postdocs are very welcome to contact me to discuss spending time in the lab. Visiting the ANU is extremely straight-forward, and Canberra is a wonderful place to spend some time. In my experience, visits from 2+ weeks can be very productive. Students have often finished a 2-4 week visit with a complete manuscript draft, and taken home lots of new experiences and new friends. We might even be able to find you a platypus, some wombats, plenty of kangaroos, and of course numerous birds. Visitors can also join for fieldwork (year-round).
