In the public interest, i publish here an VERY old (April 1998) and Free version of Paint Shop Pro. I use it for editing Doom Sprites, and, as i can't find it anywhere but an old CD i have, and to preserve this useful free tool, i've uploaded the setup file.

This edition (4.15 SE) has a limitation of 1 level of Undo. So, work carefully! Neverthless, is a useful tool.
