• Make sure searching can be done from any/all pages.
• Simple layout is best. For example, users expect navigation to be on the top or left.

Via mobile:

• Is it responsive?
• Are the files appropriately sizes so as not to eat up too much data?

Hot tip: No matter the format include a "date last updated" so users know how fresh the content is.
