Argument Essay

1. Introduction
- hook your reader with an example of the problem
- thesis "The students at El Segundo High School should/should not participate in the national Shut Down Your Screen Week because..."
2. Body Paragraphs 1& 2 (& 3 for extra credit) - supports your thesis

4. Conclusion
Do not summarize. Instead talk about the results of participating or not participating in this event.
