Requesting a Transcript

TRANSCRIPT REQUEST

Requesting and Sending Your High School Transcript

ALL colleges need a copy of your high school transcript.

  • You will need to request a copy of your transcript from the Registrar's office in the hallway beside the counseling office.

  • Make sure you include the name and address of the college where you want your transcript to be sent.

  • Each request costs $1.00.

  • Keep checking your college portal to make sure your transcript was received.

Do you need a transcript for a scholarship?

  • Complete the transcript request card and list Ms. Solis in portable 16 as the recipient. Ms. Solis will send the transcript with your scholarship application.

  • If you are completing a scholarship on-line, you may pick up an unofficial record from Ms. Solis or your counselor.

  • If an official copy is needed, you will give the scholarship information to the registrar and she will send a transcript to them. Again, remember to provide the correct name and address.
