Khai Lin, CHONG is currently a Senior Lecturer in Environmental and Disaster Management at the School of Technology Management and Logistics (STML), Universiti Utara Malaysia. Khai Lin received her Doctoral Degree from Kyoto University in Civil and Earth Resources Engineering. Throughout her career in UUM, Khai Lin has actively contributed to organizing symposiums and conferences at the international level with her colleagues in UUM and other universities. With an academic background in civil and environmental engineering, disaster management; Khai Lin's main research interest revolves around strengthening the science-policy-public interface and delivering scientific knowledge or technical information by using non-scientific/technical ways specifically in water related disaster. Khai Lin is also the Director of Disaster Management Institute in STML, Universiti Utara Malaysia and she actively participates in collaborative projects with other universities in the Asian Cooperative Program Consortium in the areas of Disaster Risk Reduction and Community Resilience from 2017 to the present. In the past, she has held administrative position in UUM International Office, focusing on international relations and international students development. Others than that, Khai Lin is also involved with programs that brought community resilience as the main agenda. Khai Lin actively participates in UNESCO-IHP Program which focuses on promoting water related program in national and global agenda, such as Women and Water, National Water Camp for students in all level of education and many more. Khai Lin is also a volunteer and trainer for MERCY Malaysia in who is involved in facilitating community based disaster risk management for water-related disaster high risk areas.

Mohd Nasrun, MOHD NAWI specializes in the area of integrated design and construction management. He holds a PhD the field of Construction Project Management from the University of Salford, UK. As an academician and a fully qualified Building Surveyor, he has been active in research and consultation works relating to the areas of Industrialised (offsite) and Modern Method of Construction, Integrated Design Delivery Solution (i.e. Integrated Project Delivery, Lean Construction, Building Information Modelling), Sustainable (green) Construction, Life cycle costing & Value Management, Building Performance (i.e. Energy Management and Audit) and Management of Technology. Besides being involved actively in various academic activities, he is also an active author with various publications especially in the area of Construction and Technology Management.

Faizatul Akmar, ABDUL NIFA is currently an Associate Professor in Project Management at the School of Technology Management and Logistics (STML), Universiti Utara Malaysia. Faizatul received her PhD in Construction & Project Management from the University of Salford, UK. Her industry experience includes working on several building and infrastructure projects as a Project Engineer. Throughout her career in UUM, Faizatul has actively contributed to organizing symposiums and conferences at international level with her colleagues in UUM and other universities. With an academic background in civil engineering, business administration and project management; Faizatul’s main research interest revolves around Project Team Integration, Post-Disaster Reconstruction, Disaster Risk Reduction, Social Intervention in Disaster Resilience and Socio-Economic Empowerment of Rural Communities. At present, Faizatul is also a Senior Research Fellow in the Disaster Management Institute where she actively participates in collaborative projects with other universities from Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar and Vietnam in the Asian Cooperative Program Consortium in the areas of Disaster Risk Reduction and Community Resilience since 2017. As a volunteer and trainer with MERCY Malaysia, Faizatul contributes her knowledge by conducting training and educational programs for communities at risk facing water-related disaster. Faizatul is also a program member of UNESCO-IHP whom actively participates in conducting programs to create awareness and encourage youth empowerment in water resources management and water safety such as the Young Water Leader program and the National Water Camp.

Mohamad Farizal, RAJEMI is an Associate Professor at the School of Management Technology and Logistics, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He is currently the Vice President / Asian Regional Director of the Asian European University Network (ASEA UNINET), an association based in Vienna, Austria.  He is also currently an officer serving in the Territorial Army Regiment with the rank of Captain. He has previously held various positions such as Director of the Centre for International Affairs & Cooperation (CIAC), UUM for four years (2016-2019), Dean of Student Affairs, Associate Dean, Residential Director, Associate Director and Fellow in the UUM Residential Colleges (2002-2007). Dr Rajemi obtained his Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. He received his undergraduate degree (Mech. Eng.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. His main research interest is in the area of "Sustainable and Green Manufacturing". His current research is on food security issues. He is the designer of the Ezee DIY Aquaponics System©, making him one of the referenced specialists in this technology. Dr Rajemi has published in various refereed journals, especially in the field of manufacturing. He was repeatedly appointed as one of the reviewers in the Journal of Cleaner Production. Most of the papers presented are related to sustainability issues. He is also a registered Professional Technologist awarded by the Malaysia Board of Technologist (MBOT).

Shahrina, OTHMAN is an accomplished academic and educator with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and social enterprise. She holds a doctorate degree from Universiti Utara Malaysia, where she currently serves as a lecturer in the School of Business Management (SBM). With a strong commitment to education and research, Shahrina plays a vital role in shaping the academic experience of undergraduate students. In her capacity as a lecturer, Shahrina specializes in teaching entrepreneurship subjects, including Creativity and Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Introduction to Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurial Skills and Behavior. Her passion for the field extends to her research interests, which encompass areas such as social entrepreneurship, social enterprise, and SME performance. She is actively engaged in researching best practices within the SME and social enterprise sectors, particularly in the region. Shahrina's dedication to social impact is exemplified by her certification as an Active Citizens of Social Enterprise (ACSE) by the British Council in 2019. Her involvement in talent development, industry collaboration, and community engagement has made a significant contribution to Universiti Utara Malaysia's strategic planning. With a career that spans both academia and industry, Shahrina has also held positions in the corporate sector, including a role as Senior Manager at Tan Chong Group. Her wide-ranging experiences have equipped her with valuable skills in social entrepreneurship, business administration, and community engagement. During her time as the Director of the Centre for University-Industry Collaboration (CUIC) at UUM, Shahrina has made a substantial impact on the academic and professional development of students while actively promoting university-industry partnerships. Shahrina's expertise and passion for social entrepreneurship, coupled with her commitment to education, make her a valuable asset to both her students and the university community.

Rohafiz, SABAR is currently engaged with Department of Logistics and Transport, School of Technology and Logistics Management, College of Business (COB), Universiti Utara Malaysia. She is appointed as Senior Associate Fellow of Disaster Management Institute (DMI) and Institute of Halal Management (IHM), Universiti Utara Malaysia. Rohafiz completed PhD studies at Air Transport Department, Cranfield University, United Kingdom. She graduated in Business Administration (Finance) from Universiti Utara Malaysa and pursued Master Degrees in Airport Planning and Development from Loughborough University, UK. Upon completion of PhD, she experiences in designing, planning and operations logistics and transport (airport) more specifically in Asia, Europe and United States of America. She also involved in airport terminal development for Malaysia Airport Holding Berhad (MAHB) and KXP International Airport (KXP). She is also a Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society, UK and Malaysian Research Group Conference, UK. She is actively writing journal and conference papers for logistics and transport industry.

Nur Khairiel, ANUAR joined the Department of Logistics and Transport, Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2010 following six years logistics and transport systems experience with industry. His roles there included corporate research, driver behaviour, road safety, road facilities design, airport landside development, logistics development research, and operational duty management. He graduated from Cranfield University, UK with a PhD in Transport Systems and his research is centred on road wayfinding design, driving behaviour and road safety. He studied for his MSc in Transportation Planning at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and first degree at Universiti Utara Malaysia. He is a dedicated and detail-oriented instructor with 19 years of expertise and currently a registered member to Malaysia Board of Technologist as a Professional Technologist (Ts), The Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation as a Corporate Member (MCIHT), and The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Malaysia as a Chartered Member (CMILT).

Suria, MUSA is an accomplished Senior Lecturer specializing in Project/Construction Management and Sustainable Construction. She currently holds the administrative position as a Chairperson for the Management of Technology, Undergraduate Program at the School of Technology Management and Logistics and a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Utara Malaysia. Suria's expertise revolves around various research areas, including construction and project management, sustainable construction, knowledge management, and building information modeling in construction. Additionally, her research niche covers pre-disaster activities, risk assessment, and planning. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with Honours from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2001. She then pursued a Master of Science in Project Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2005. Suria completed her Doctor of Philosophy in Project/Construction Management from the University of Salford, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom in 2019. Throughout her career, Suria has worked in both academic and industry settings. She started as a Civil Engineer at Good Asia Sdn. Bhd. and City Perunding Sdn. Bhd. in 2001-2004. She then transitioned to academia, joining Universiti Utara Malaysia as a Tutor in 2004 and becoming a Lecturer in 2005. Suria's research contributions are significant, as evident from her various publications. She has authored books and contributed chapters covering environmental and disaster management, organizational knowledge-sharing practices, and green building development. Additionally, Suria has published numerous articles in reputable journals, focusing on sustainable development practices, market demand analysis, and the benefits and challenges of building information modeling. In addition to her academic achievements, Suria is actively involved in professional committees and assessments. She is an Associate Member of the Society of American Value Engineers, a member of the Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia, and an Associate Fellow at the Disaster Management Institute of STML, UUM. She has been a reviewer, committee member, and assessor for various conferences and programs. Suria's dedication to academia and research has earned her accolades, including the Excellent Performance Award from Universiti Utara Malaysia and the Best Paper Award at the International Case Study Conference. With her extensive knowledge and experience in project/construction management and sustainable construction, Suria Musa continues to contribute significantly to the field through her teaching, research, and leadership roles.

Syairah Aimi, SHAHRON is a senior lecturer of Operations Management at School of Technology Management & Logistics, Universiti Utara Malaysia. She received her Doctor of Philosophy in Operations and Information Management from University of Bradford, UK in 2020. She has research experience in green service operations, sustainable development, operations management, employee’s behavior, hotel industry, organizational culture, technological innovation, and small and medium enterprises. Her current research includes Gender Equality for Sustainable Development in Transport Planning in Malaysia, Proposed New Distribution Model For Saudee Halal Frozen Food: Last Mile Distribution, and Inland Port Development in Bukit Kayu Hitam: Economic Value (EV), Eco-Advantage Strategy and Sustainable Practices. Shahrul Niza, SAID is a dedicated Senior Language Instructor in the School of Languages, Civilisation & Philosophy, UUM with over two decades of experience in teaching English. She is a certified trainer for IELTS, TOEIC, and MUET and specializes in developing Professional Development courses focused on public speaking, interpersonal communication, occupational English, and related subjects. Shahrul Niza also serves as an emcee at Universiti Utara Malaysia and is renowned for her vibrant demeanor, engaging personality, and unwavering dedication to the art of teaching. Throughout her career, Shahrul Niza has held various roles in the field of education, including Language Instructor at Universiti Utara Malaysia and English Language Instructor in China. Her commitment to professional development is evidenced by her certifications, including TOEIC Listening and Reading Virtual Trainer, TOEIC Listening and Reading Trainer, and IELTS Certified Trainer. Currently, Shahrul Niza is actively involved in ongoing research projects, including crafting a Competency Model of Malaysian School Leaders in the VUCA World, utilizing game-based interventions to enhance English language proficiency among high school students, and addressing tourism graduate unemployment through training need analysis.

Sharima Ruwaida, ABBAS is a social work lecturer at the Social Work Program, School of Applied Psychology, Social Work and Policy, Universiti Utara Malaysia. She obtained her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) with a minor in Gerontology and Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Policy, Planning and Administration (PPA), as well as, Graduate Certification Specialization in Non-Profit Organization from Western Michigan University (WMU), USA. She has Disaster Management Certification from Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (APC), Thailand; and Certification of Supervision in Human Service Organization from Singapore. Her area of specialization and research interests are Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance, Disaster Psychosocial, Social Work Practice, Supervision, Groupwork, Community Work; and Gerontology. Sharima is also a member of International Association for Social Work with Groups (IASWG), Asia Pacific Association of Social Work Education (APASWE); life member and core volunteer for psychosocial team of MERCY Malaysia and a member of International Association of Schools of Social Work (IASSW). Sharima is an active lifetime member for Malaysian Association for Social Workers (MASW). Throughout her commitment with MASW, she hold several positions from honorary treasurer, EXCO and currently and an auditor. She has given many trainings on Psychological First Aid (PFA), Group Work, Crisis Intervention, Emotional Management and Disaster Management. He has done a lot of volunteer work in various disaster relief and humanitarian missions, including doing psychosocial assessment, providing Psychological First Aid  (PFA) training, Community Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDR)  training and Child Friendly Space Center (CFS) training in Malaysia and also abroad. Mazri, YAAKOB is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Technology Management & Logistics at UUM, known for his dedication to both teaching and student development. Che Azlan, TAIB is an Associate Professor at the School of Technology Management & Logistics, UUM, specializing in several key areas, including Quality Management, Library Management, Quality Management System, and Operations Management. With a rich professional background, Che Azlan has made significant contributions in various roles and sectors. His extensive working experience spans several domains, showcasing his versatility and expertise. As a librarian, he held pivotal positions such as Head of Automation Division, Head of Reference Section, and Sultanah Bahiyah Library Quality Manager from 1999 to 2011. During this time, he actively managed and improved library operations while ensuring quality standards were met. In his role as a Quality Officer from 1992 to 1995, Che Azlan focused on controlling both internal and external quality factors. He was instrumental in managing ISO 9002 (Quality Management System), implementing supplier development programs, and contributing to product development initiatives. Earlier in his career, he served as a Production Supervisor, where he excelled in production control. Che Azlan's recognition as an Assessor and Technical Committee member highlights his commitment to quality management and assurance. He participated as a Technical Evaluator in the Bangladesh Marine Fisheries Capacity Building Project (BMFCBP) and played a vital role in supporting technologies related to Quality Management and Quality Assurance at SIRIM. He also received invitations as an External Evaluator during technical visits to Bangladesh. In his research engagements, Che Azlan has taken on the role of Project Head in various consultancy and research projects. Notable projects include consultancy work for ISO 9001 Quality Management System, a study on public awareness and community management in Perhentian Island's Marine Park, and cost management integration applications of EAN and ISO 9001 for the Alor Star City Council, aiming to transform it into a SMART CITY.
