Our performance management system is uniquely designed to suit your business needs. This is a four week process in which we provide the following:

  • Induction workshop to familiarize staff of this process

  • Weekly assessment interviews of all employees

  • Weekly feedback sessions to employees and their designated superior

  • Updating staff files for the Human Resource Department

  • Assessment of training requirements (when applicable)

  • One Self-Assessment developed for each staff member to keep staff motivated in their professional and personal environments.

  • One monthly appraisal and feedback session in alignment with the weekly assessments done in order to establish whether the job requirements are met is submitted for each staff member and updated in the staff files.
