This program consists of a 3 Step Process
1. Enrollment Process
Candidates are required to:
Produce an original green bar-coded identity booklet,
Copy of CV,
Notebook or Exam Pad and Pen,
Dress in a formal business fashion
Administration, indemnity and application documents are filled out and 2 I.D sized photos are captured for filing purposes.
2. Self Assessment Interview
A one hour session is held to identify the candidate both personally and professionally.
The purpose is to:
analyze and compile the career journey,
identify and set long term and realistic goals
plan what to do to get hired.
With this information we are able to create the candidate portfolio and able to compile the information for the career pack. A follow up appoint date is set for the Feedback Session. We then present and distribute the Candidate Portfolio to a maximum of 7 recruitment agencies in application for suitable vacant positions.
3. Feedback Session
The candidate is now ready to:
Collect the career pack
Receive career advice based on the feedback from the Self Assessment Interview
Be prepared for client and/or agency interviews and assessments.
** Optional scheduling for Skills Development Program (PC Literature, Telephone Etiquette, Basic Admin Training, etc.)
