Recruitment

This program consists of a 3 Step Process

1. Enrollment Process

Candidates are required to:

  • Produce an original green bar-coded identity booklet,

  • Copy of CV,

  • Notebook or Exam Pad and Pen,

  • Dress in a formal business fashion

Administration, indemnity and application documents are filled out and 2 I.D sized photos are captured for filing purposes.

2. Self Assessment Interview

A one hour session is held to identify the candidate both personally and professionally.

The purpose is to:

  • analyze and compile the career journey,

  • identify and set long term and realistic goals

  • plan what to do to get hired.

With this information we are able to create the candidate portfolio and able to compile the information for the career pack. A follow up appoint date is set for the Feedback Session. We then present and distribute the Candidate Portfolio to a maximum of 7 recruitment agencies in application for suitable vacant positions.

3. Feedback Session

The candidate is now ready to:

  • Collect the career pack

  • Receive career advice based on the feedback from the Self Assessment Interview

  • Be prepared for client and/or agency interviews and assessments.
