Spring 2020: Math 301, Introduction to Proofs

Class: Math 301, Intro to Proofs

Time: Whenever works.

Location: Somewhere in the universe.

Office hours: Contact me.

Book: I do not plan to have an official textbook for the class.

Problem sets: The class is now based on projects.

Grades: See class grading scheme file.

The class: The title of this class could very well be "An introduction to thinking". The purpose of this class is to learn to think deeply and precisely. We will explore basic concepts in mathematics as this is a fine language for such an exploration.
