Grandma B's Bread Pudding
-Because I cannot, under penalty of death, give you her sweet potato pie recipe. This recipe is a little unusual because Grandma put peaches in her bread pudding. I honestly cannot eat bread pudding any other way. Enjoy!
1 loaf bread - broken up
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 can sweetened, condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 large can peaches, diced
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp butter
Preheat oven to 375. mix all ingredients, don't be afraid to use your hands to do this - it keeps the bread from mushing up. If the mixture looks dry, add about 1/2 cup milk. Set mixture aside.
Melt the butter in the bottom of oblong pan, just enough to coat the bottom. Pour mixture in and bake until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
Snow Ball Cookies
-They have another name too, but we keep this family friendly here. Mom makes these for Christmas and the kids eat them all up!

Powdered Sugar to coat
Preheat oven to 300 and grab a large cookie sheet. Cream butter, add cake flour a little at a time until all is in the bowl. Add vanilla, salt, sugar and pecans. Mix until well mixed.
