Mom's Corn Casserole

1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn, not drained
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg
Mix all together and pour into a 2 qt greased (or cooking sprayed) casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Easy Mac N Cheese
1 package macaroni noodles - grandma used to use the long ones, see below for picture
2 cans cheese soup
1 package cubed mild cheese
2 cups shredded mild cheese
Boil noodles until done but not mushy. Drain and then stir in soup and cubed cheese. Add in half a bag of shredded cheese and put in a casserole dish. Add remaining cheese to top and bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
