The exhibit will illustrate projects and design processes engaging architects from gender or ethnic backgrounds under-represented in the profession, work for clients representing ethnically-oriented or social service enterprise/organizations, or other projects or actions addressing issues of race, gender, and ethnicity. These illustrations, with complementary elements documenting Roundtable history.

Expanded by submittals from throughout Washington and the Northwest and Pacific region (call for entries planned for late Summer), the exhibit will travel to NW schools of architecture, to the AIA Northwest and Pacific Region Conference October 23-26 at Vancouver BC, and to AIA Convention 2014, June 26-28 in Chicago. Cumulatively, the exhibit will highlight individuals and businesses whose work in architecture reflects the inclusive spirit that has energized the Roundtable since its origins more than 25 years ago as honored by the AIA's national Diversity Recognition in 2010, with the intention of encouraging current and future generations to explore and manifest the power of diversity in their design careers.
