Upload Data

Update: We are not accepting additional vector fields for evaluation at this time. 3/1/2018

File Upload Instructions

All files (except for those created using Velocity) should be uploaded in DICOM format. You can find the details of the DICOM deformable spatial registration module here (Section C.20.3). If you are unable to provide deformation vector field files from your tests in DICOM format, we are able to process several standard file types from commercial systems. Please contact DIR.Phantoms@gmail.com to check if your file type is supported.

Velocity deformation vector fields should be uploaded as Binary Deformation Field (BDF) files. These may be exported directly from Velocity.

Please also make sure that your files for upload are zipped into a single file. For example, if you wish to upload your results for all 10 phantoms, please zip all 10 registration files into a single file before uploading it to this website.

The file upload process requires a Google account to access our upload location. If you do not already have a Google account, you may register for one here. The sign-up process should only take a few minutes.

When performing the deformable image registration with the intention of uploading the results to this website, the SOT image set should be designated as the primary (reference/fixed) image and the EOT image set should be designated as the secondary (target/moving) image. We will not be able to compute results for registrations performed in the opposite direction.
