Thanksgiving 2010

We had a feast for Thanksgiving!

We began with payasam, a dish made with milk, cardamom, sugar

and the deep fried lentil vada, another eternal favorite

Now that our appetite kicked in, we started on the main course Methi paratha (fenugreek flat-bread)

to dip the paratha we had dhal

and okra

For the next course rice we dined on lemon rice

and the usual yogurt rice

This the last take out for Fall 2010.
