How will the infinity mode system react outside of school?

The Brick is equipped with processing power to handle most programs. However in the event heavier processing power is required, the Kloud can send it's support processing over the internet. In the event of latency issues, users can install the Infinity Personal Kloud on a any Windows, Linux, or OSX based machine to boost performance.

I live where I they don’t deliver internet, can I still use the infinity mode system at home?

Yes, users have the option to set up a local area network and personal kloud to use the system in areas lacking internet access.

What about security?

The infinity mode system will incorporate industry standard security measures.

What happens to my work when the Brick accidentally is removed from the table?

When the system is disconnected intentionally or otherwise it freezes its state and resumes exactly where the user left off. So if windows are left open, they will reappear exactly as they were when the user reconnects.

Will this be a headache for the IT department?

As with any new technology, IT will need to be trained. Fortunately the Infinity OS is built atop Windows which most IT departments should be very familiar with.

How will students back-up their work?

A local cache of recent files will be stored on the Brick, all user files will additionally be stored in the Kloud which will additionally be backed up on regular intervals. With Infinity Mode, file loss will become a thing of the past.

Why can’t the Brick be a phone?

For control of experience, demonstration purposes, and the high cost of cellular data, we chose to uses a separate device from a phone however the Brick could theoretically be a smart-phone.

Why isn’t the Brick housed in the Terminal tables?

The Brick is designed to interface with almost any display, having to build processing power into each display is redundant and cost prohibitive.

Have you considered ADA accessibility?

The Infinity OS runs atop windows so therefore it has access to the abundant suite of Windows accessibility tools.

I want to be able to work from anywhere, can I do this with this system?

Yes, the system can, with proper configuration, work with any display and can run most programs when disconnected from the Kloud, when a program needs the kloud to run, then the user will need internet access.
