Tenant Responsibilities
Keep the good Karma, and lose the bad Karma. Lets all work together to make this a nice place to live.
Below are some tips that we offer tenants:
Take care when moving items in your home as to not cause damage.
Clean up and spills and messes right away and thoroughly.
Before altering anything in the home give us a call to get permission. Maybe we can help!
No new satellite dish mounts on building. Ensure Internet and TV installers do not put any new holes in the home.
Do not hanging heavy items on walls that require anchors without permission. Do not attach anything to wood trim or cabinets. 3M Command Strips are the best way to hang your art. No big nails or screws please!

Keep our email and phone number handy in case you run into any questions.
Report maintenance issues as soon as they occur.
