Once we review it , we can talk with you a bit, and then we can setup a time to show you the property.

After reviewing the applications and showing you the property, if all looks good, we will contact you and send you a link to , where your application info will verified.

If your history and employment are confirmed, you're ready to move in!

Please know that you will need to:

1. Pay the application fee of $35 per adult during the application process. This is to cover the cost of a credit check, and criminal and eviction reports.

Please understand these checks are normal and for the safety of all our tenants and neighbors.

We use the online service for this process.

2. Provide a copy of each adult's last paycheck stub and drivers license.

3. Once we receive everything, we will start your application process.

We will respond within 48 hours, during normal business hours.

4. Rentals are on a first come first served basis.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BEFORE APPLYING:

Total income for all adults must equal approx. 3 times the monthly rent. Income must be verifiable.

No felonies.

No evictions.

Favorable review from your previous landlord.

Employment verification.

Favorable credit check.

Once approved, you will be required to sign the lease and pay the entire security deposit within 24 hours.
