Below are some tips that we offer tenants:

Take care when moving items in your home as to not cause damage.

Clean up and spills and messes quickly and thoroughly to avoid stains and more damage. 

Before altering anything in the home or hanging any heavy items with anchors, give us a call to get permission.

No new satellite dish mounts on building. Ensure Internet and TV installers do not put any new holes in the home.

Do not attach anything to wood trim or cabinets. 3M Command Strips are the best way to hang your art. No big nails or screws please!

Understand the HOA rules (if applicable) to your neighborhood.

Keep our email and phone number handy in case you run into any questions.

Please promptly update us if your email or phone number changes.

If you remove any fixtures or curtains, store them properly and return to original position upon  exit.

Report maintenance issues as soon as they occur.

Be respectful of your neighbors and children.

Get to know your neighbors, it will make you feel more at home!
