Workshop Proposal
Here is a proposal for providing a workshop to teachers on Digital Storytelling using WeVideo (an online video editing tool).
Objectives:
Understand the application of digital storytelling with students and the development of communication skills
Gain skills in using simple online video editing tools to construct digital stories and complete a two minute digital story
Agenda (see examples of agendas provided to schools in 2010)
To be developed in collaboration with school
Examples of "real" Student Digital Stories created by students at Bremerton High School and featured on the OSPI Navigation 101 website (Washington state):
