PatschBella's Twitter profile gives her real name as Isa_Bella. Isa_Bella has been on Twitter since December 2008, has posted over 1300 Tweets and is currently following 119 people and is followed by 121 people. Isa_Bella posts most updates in German so it is hard (for me) to see what the main topic of these posts is. However Torchwood seems to be one of one of many l topics Tweeteed about (including other shows such as CSI) discussed in an average week.
As with her Twitter stream Isa_Bella keeps a busy blog but almost entirely written in German. From what I have been able to translate it seems to be a fairly traditional personal blog with general content rather than covering any single topic in particular depth.
