Extemporaneous preparations solely containing the following ingredients can be prescribed on pbs/rpbs

If one ingredient is not listed, the script must be 'private'.

Quantity is limited to 100g + 1rpt for creams - although "Lotions" and "Mouthwashes" are 200 + (1-2)rpts (see below)

Larger amounts can be given on authority script e.g. 500g + 5 rpts
