DEBRIDEMENT

STARCH POULTICE FOR CRUST/ESCHAR REMOVAL

Boric acid 1 teaspoon

Starch 4 tablespoons

Mix with cold water to a thick cream.

Add 1 pint of boiling water while stirring to give a thick jelly. Allow to cool on cloth/cover with gauze.

Apply and change every 2 hours

AgNO3 pencil (after EMLA)

Remove crust 1day later
