College Recommendations

SENIORS -- I am happy to write your college recommendations. Please pay critical attention to the below guidelines.

1. I write a maximum of 20 college recommendation letters per school year. I limit the number of letters I write, simply because I do not want to sacrifice quality for quantity. If I do not feel that I can craft a good letter for you, I will recommend that you obtain one from another teacher.  

2. To get on my recommendation list:

   • Please ask me (either in person or via email), by the end of the third week of the school year. 

   • Set up your account on Naviance (https://id.naviance.com), and list me as one of your recommenders.

   • Get me your complete digital college folder at least one month before your first due date. Please include the following:

     1. Required

        • College list with due dates

        • Resume

        • Senior Brag Sheet

        • Student-Teacher Interaction Sheet

     2. Optional

        • Parent/Guardian Brag Sheet
