15. Turkey Run, Dead Run

Park at the end of Turkey Run Road, accessed from Georgetown Pike (193), 1.8 miles east of the Beltway, and 0.7 miles west of the intersection with Dolly Madison Blvd (123). The red trail follows Turkey Run down to the Potomac River. The blue trail is the Potomac Heritage Trail. The yellow trail creates a loop that follows Dead Run and runs parallel to the Potomac River south of the GW Parkway.
