People are better performers if there are better support systems and people who understand them better.
From sports science to performance measurements,
to the skill of communicating and really trying to understand being human.
How to improve?
Based on sports science, evidenced coaching practice, research, the athlete's experience, my experience, plus testing;
a best prognosis programme of adaption is formulated.
From this hypothesis, we have an experiment of one - the training/practice plan.
During and at the end of the experimental block, monitoring provides new information gained through these new experiences
to update the hypothesis and begin the planning and implementation process all over again.
This process necessitates a completely individualised programme: Every athlete is different, and every athlete has a different
stress - adaptation response.
