The sound of Scotland's Traditions
Material from three archives: The School of Scottish Studies, The Canna Collection and BBC Radio nan Gàidhea

You can hear lots of source recordings here. For instance, search for John Stickle, Andrew Poleson, or Tom Anderson.

Song-oriented, but quite a few fiddle recordings of Andrew Poleson scattered around (often on the same page as the lyrics and vocal recordings of a related song), and at least one other fiddler (John (Glibey) Irvine on Woo’d and Married and Aa).

this search will find some (but not all) of the fiddle recordings:

A commercially-issued album  of source recordings; originally an LP, now on CD and the major streaming services. Unfortunately, it's only about 30 minutes long, and some of the tracks are cut short. I have seen some of the tracks on YouTube, and you can listen to sound samples on this web page:

Contemporary Players:

He formed the band "Fiddlers' Bid" with Chris Stout, Andrew Gifford and Maurice Henderson and took Aly Bain's place in the Boys of the Lough. Currently lives in Norway and tours with Nordic Fiddlers Bloc. He has also issued at least one solo CD "Fin da Laand Ageen" (with book) and a learning DVD.

He did a number of online concerts and workshops during the early days of the pandemic. Some of these may still be available.

In both cases, the concert slots are still online and available, but I don't think the workshops are.

The same video also has Pascal Gemme and Nicholas Williams, Dylan Foley, the Gawler Family, etc.

Ed Perlman's fiddle-online site has a concert and (for a fee) past workshops of Kevin Henderson & Jenna Reid

a lovely recording - I used to listen to this a lot. As near as I can tell, it was never issued on CD, but is available as a digital download:

Learning Resources

I would suggest starting with the book & cassette set Haand Me Doon da Fiddle mentioned above. Beyond that, here are some video lessons:
