City Folk - a film that explores the 20th-century revival of English Country Dance through the history of Pinewoods. Completed in 2018, released in 2025, but much of its content was filmed at Pinewoods in 1999. I recommend reading the accompanying PDF The Story of Pinewoods and English County Dance in America before or while watching. The film draws on the book City Folk by Daniel Walkowitz (2010 NYU Press), available as a download. Also see "5 Things" interview & after-talk with Danny Walkowitz.
Colin Hume - dance instructions and music. Colin recently (7/25) added a feature to create backing tracks by selecting Backing from the drop-down list for Inst; it should also work with tunes in ABC format from other sources.
