* Replacing the monthly old time jam at the Freight, there will be a jam at the Berkeley Public Library, Main Branch, 2090 Kittredge St. (at Shattuck St., 3 blocks south of Addison), Art & Music Dept on 5th Floor. FREE and open to all, no registration, just show up. Monthly on third Tuesdays 6:00-7:30 pm, starting January 21 2025 - Tuesday January 21, February 18, etc.

* Robin Fischer & Rowan McCallister are starting a new class "Old Time Tunes with Words" at Manning Music in Berkeley, 3rd Sunday of the month 7pm-8:30pm in Berkeley, starting in January. Dropins welcome. Students who attend this monthly class are also invited to participate in their monthly old time student jam (first Sundays of the month), at the same time and location.
