Holiday House 1

The Unison Holiday House 1, was a completely new concept in holiday accommodation. In sixty five square metres it provided two bedrooms arranged to sleep eight comfortably, a spacious living area, efficient kitchen and easy to clean laundry, bathroom and toilet.

The house was factory built ready for site, with welded steel framed floor, walls and roof and insulated all round. Flooring was 19mm plywood, wall and ceiling linings 6mm fibre cement. All materials were rot proofed and corrosion resistant.

The house was available in its basic form at a low initial cost with a shopping list of optional variations. Alternatively it could be supplied fully furnished "as displayed" ready for immediate occupation.
