Word got around quickly... if you need help with a Powerpoint Presentation, call Darlene!

Recently one of the marketing department managers was very anxious about an up-coming customr visit. The team had put together some great information to present to the customer but it was in several different formats... it needed to be in one presentation, standard format (same size font, colors, etc), and the file size needed to be small enough to be emailed.

With only a few days to work on this project, the team got to work. Everyone had their part to do and Darlene's task was to make the presentation "flow". Title slides had to be created and adjusted, photographic examples of customer products inserted and compressed. Graphics created, some annimation done and all before the meeting just days away.

The team used Google sites to create a site and upload the presentation, segmented/revised versions and document what was changed.

The customer visit and presentation was a huge success! Thanks to all the efforts of the team for their individual contributions!
