New job as of September 4, 2012. I work third shift (1-9AM), monitoring the production runs for analytical programs that ensure claims are processed accurately and promptly. I also cover the night shift help desk and provide users with information and assistance, resetting passwords and providing information about our portal.
Love this job and so very thankful to have a full time job with benefits. The contract work was good, money was good, travel was ok, however it had no benefits (insurance) and if there was no work, there was no paycheck. I still have my business license but am no longer actively seeing contacts.
If anyone needs help I will still try to assist with what ever questions anyone has.
