Donate Blood
All I need to see is some type of proof that you have donated blood during the current semester. If you are medically not able to donate for some reason, then you will have to try and show that you tried to donate blood, but were not allowed.

Time to a Charity
You need to show that you donated at least 2 hours of your time to a charitable organization (e.g. a letter from the person who runs the charity).

Fasting Glucose Test or Fasting Cholesterol Test
All I need to see is some type of proof that you have completed a fasting Glucose or a Cholesterol test during the current semester.
Do not have done at Witmer Infirmary.

HIV Test
As with the blood donation, all I need to see is proof that you got tested. I do not need to see the results.

Other extra credit information
All extra credit must be completed by the last day of classes prior to final exam week. Once we start final exam week, I will not accept any extra credit. You can only get extra credit for these four items once this semester. Total of 6 extra credit points is possible.
