2007 - 2009 We were awarded the Silver Servicemark award from Quality at Heart which acknowledges our major commitment to providing excellent customer service. (This award is now administered on a commercial basis only and is far too expensive for us to re-enter. - rest assured that our service will continue to be excellent )
2007 - We were also proud to be in the top 4 for the Regional Excellence in Tourism Awards 2007 for best self-catering holiday in our region. (six areas of Birmingham, the Black Country, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire, Staffordshire and Warwickshire).
