Henry Ford was a pioneer in industrialization. On July 4, 1917 he also had immigrants graduating from his English school go through a giant melting pot, where they would climb in dressed in their native dress, change inside the giant pot, and exit dressed in sanitized "American" suits, waving an American flag, having lost their previous identity.
The Truth, Racial Healing & Transformation (TRHT) process works to bring about sustainable change and address racism. In Chicago there are Racial Healing Circles where we can address issues in ourselves of race and unconscious bias with experienced facilitators. I have found this to be a profound experience.
