Most graduate students pursing a Ph.D. within laboratories of the U of M Frankel Cardiovascular Center entered their respective graduate programs and laboratories through the Program in Biomedical Sciences. This is the major gateway for graduate students interested in obtaining a Ph.D. in any of the basic biomedical science departments within the Medical School at U of M.
