If you are accepted into the fellowship program, depending on what institution you are enrolled at you may be expected to provide the following original (copies not accepted) documents for employment onboarding. Please be prepared to check with your institution's international center to determine what you will need to provide:

Eligibility
To be an FCVC SURF Fellow you will be expected to go through the Michigan Medicine employment process to be hired as a temporary staff member. For employment eligibility or to ensure you are eligible based on your visa status visit the links below or contact the International Center before you apply.
