Warts are caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) it produces painless growths on the skin. Warts are infectious, it can be spread form one area to another and one person to other susceptible person. Warts cause cosmetic as well as clinical problems. Sometimes it causes itch or hurt (particularly on the feet). Treatment strategy depends on the type of wart. We use standard dermatological treatment system for removal of warts. Simple Radio-surgery or Electro-surgery will solve the problem. Treatment procedure can be finished in single sitting.
Dermatosis papulosa nigra (DPN) is a condition of many small, benign skin lesion on face, commonly observed on dark-skinned individuals. DPN is extremely common in our population. From a histological perspective, DPN resembles seborrheic keratoses. The condition may be cosmetically undesirable to most of the patients. Females are affected more frequently than males. Dermatosis papulosa nigra generally emerges in adolescence and is rarely in persons younger than 7 years. DPN lesions are benign and no treatment generally is indicated unless lesions are cosmetically undesirable. Surgical options including currettage, cryotherapy and laser therapy are options.Skin tags are small flesh-coloured or brown growths that hang off the skin and look
a bit like warts. They are very common and harmless. Skin tags are usually a few millimetres in size, although can be as big as 5 cm.They are usually found on the neck, in the armpits, around the groin, or under the breasts. They can also grow on the eyelids or under the folds of the buttocks.The medical name for skin tags is acrochordons.Anyone can develop skin tags, but they are particularly common in older people. Skin tags are harmless and do not usually cause pain or discomfort. However, you may want to consider getting them removed if they are unsightly and affect your self-esteem, or if they snag on clothing or jewellery and bleed. Skin tags can be removed cosmetically under topical anaesthesia employing radiosurgical methods.
