Laser Hair Reduction is the permanent hair reduction method  this is because it  results in destructing of the follicles and hair roots. You should know that the first treatment is the most sensitive one, first you have more hair to be removed, and the heat from the laser that is absorbed by the hair increases the feeling, even if slightly. For most people this is more of an inconvenience than pain, but others will prefer to apply an analgesic or a skin cooling gel prior to treatment. You will need multiple sessions(4-6) of treatment to get significant hair reduction. There will be small risk of pigmentation of skin after  the laser treatment, this will usually resolve with time.  you should  apply proper sun protection which helps to reduce pigmentation.
