Hopefully, we can get reports from island birders on what they have seen from the list on Cushings. Until then, here is a link to a bird list from the Peaks Island Land Preserve Bird Blog.

Here is a link to a report on the 2013 State of the Birds report from Massachusetts Audubon. It indicates a current lack of habitat resources for birds in the tree understory and open space, resources that are part of the CICC land management plan.
