One of three primary leaders of the pack (the others are Committee Chair and Volunteer Coordinator). Cubmaster is the visible focal point for the pack, responsible for creating a positive, fun experience. Cubmaster is the primary advocate for the Scouts, while Committee Chair is the primary advocate for the program and the Volunteer Coordinator is the primary advocate for the parents.
