School Age Program Details
Before School Programs - 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
WHERE: Located in the cafeteria of all 5 Vestal Elementary Schools
African Road Elem. Clayton Ave Elem. Glenwood Elem.
Tioga Hills Elem. Vestal Hills Elem.
After School Program - 3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
WHERE: at our 201 Main St. facility, 2nd floor
Full Day Care 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Early Dismissals, Superintendents & Parent Teacher Conf.

During our Full Day Care program we offer a variety of activities throughout the day. Whenever age groups are mixed we tailor the activity to meet the abilities of the children participating.
Before School Program Details
Our Before School Program is offered each day at each of Vestal's five Elementary schools. The program begins at 7:00 a.m. and runs until the start of the school day. Trained staff at each facility have organized activities planned such as; arts and crafts projects, group games, sports in the gym, and playground when the weather permits. Breakfast is provided at no additional cost for each child through the School Breakfast Program. All children are released to their classrooms at approximately 8:50 a.m.
After School Program Details
Our After-School Program begins at 3:15 p.m. and ends promptly with pick-up at 6:00 p.m. Upon arrival from school, children are provided with a healthy snack. After snack, each child goes to the base-room designated for their grade level until approx. 4:30. During this time, many of our children choose to complete their homework, relax and socialize with friends or spend a little quiet time in the reading area. Group choice activities such as; sports, arts & crafts, computer Lab, etc. are scheduled between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. in order to accommodate the varied arrival times from the five Elementary Schools.

Clayton Avenue Grade K-5 - 3:35 p.m.
* Clayton Avenue children are picked up at the school by staff members and walked back to our facility each day. All busses are greeted by one of our staff and each child is checked in.
Glenwood Elem. Grade K-5 - 3:45 p.m.
African Road Elem. Grade K-5 - 3:50 p.m.
Tioga Hills Grade K-5 - 4:05 p.m.
Vestal Hills Grade K-5 - 4:15 p.m.
Care on Early Dismissals, Superintendents, and Parent Teacher Conference days
Typical Full Day Schedule
7:00 A.M. Center opens , children are signed in at the reception desk
7:00 A.M. – 8:30 A.M. Children start the morning with a free play period while everyone is arriving and settling in.
8:30 A.M. – 9:00 A.M. Children will be separated into groups according to grade level
A nutritional breakfast snack will be served. (cereal, pop-tarts, muffins, juice, milk etc.)
9:00 A.M. – 11:30 A.M. Organized activity time, this may include large group games, playground, sports, arts & crafts projects.
11:30 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. A Nutritious Lunch is served. (Menus are available each month)
1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. Classroom group activities
2:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M. Indoor/Outdoor games.
3:00 P.M. – 3:30 P.M. Afternoon Snack is served. (fruit, veggies, baked items, pudding, ice cream, etc…)
3:30 P.M. – 5:30 P.M. Classroom based activities Indoor/Outdoor games and other group activities.
5:30 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. All children return to the main building, free play, and a chance to unwind from a busy day!
6:00 P.M. Pick-up Time. Refer to contract for pricing.
