Like Microsoft Office products, Google Drive provides access to several pre-made templates that you can access. In addition, you can create templates of your own and share them with others within the NAA domain. The key difference between templates created in Office and templates created in Drive is that Drive templates are automatically downloaded and saved into your personal drive as a new file. This is useful because it prevents accidental overwrites and subsequent loss of template originals (Google, n.d.). You can share your template with anyone without worrying about losing your original!
